Cubigo’s best of 2025: a year of innovation, connection, and team spirit

As we close out another remarkable year, we are filled with gratitude for the partners, team members, and the industry who have driven us forward. 2025 has been a milestone year for Cubigo—marked by the launch of groundbreaking initiatives, deeper connections with our community, and coming together as a global team.

Here are our key highlights from 2025.

Product initiatives: the era of Cubigo Nova

A major milestone was the release of the Cubigo Nova engine, the next generation of our platform designed to empower partners with smarter, AI-driven operations.

Beyond Nova, we dedicated 2025 to enhancing the core modules you rely on every day. These improvements were designed for the entire ecosystem—delivering a seamless, elevated experience not just for team members, but for residents, families, prospects, and members alike. We took Transportation and Table Reservations to the next level, introduced Activity Calendar Designer 2.0, and launched new features specifically designed to bring family closer to the resident and community. Dining also received a major upgrade with Fresh KDS integration and Self-Service Kiosks, alongside new features for guest ordering and robust special diet & allergen controls to ensure resident safety.

Why these updates? Every feature released this year shares a common goal: to streamline complex operations and free up your team’s time, allowing them to focus less on screens and more on delivering a personalized, hospitality-driven experience for residents and their families. 

On the road: visits and connections

We believe the best way to understand our partners is to see them in action. In 2025, our team prioritized face-to-face connection, visiting over 50 communities across the US, UK, and Europe. From the HumanGood BigConnect Conference and Kendal on-sites in the US to visiting new Birchgrove and Elysian Residences' new communities in the UK, these visits allowed us to see firsthand how Cubigo impacts daily life for staff and residents, strengthening the connections we have with our clients and partners. Whether it was walking the halls with executive directors or training the engagement teams, every visit provided us with invaluable feedback to shape the future of our product.

Industry presence: learning and sharing

It was a busy year for events! We were proud to attend 12 conferences this year, including SLIF, LeadingAge, ARCO (UK), and many more! We joined the innovation conversations at the PointClickCare SUMMIT, ALIS conference and the TELS Summit, aligning our roadmaps with the industry's best. And it was an honor to attend conferences hosted by our clients, including The Big Connect (hosted by HumanGood) and the LCS Leadership Conference. Being part of these gatherings reminded us that our work is ultimately about people—supporting the visionaries who build communities for seniors.

Team culture: two continents, one team

As a global company, bringing our people together is essential. This year, we held two major team off-sites on two continents: one in the United States and one in Europe. These gatherings were about more than just strategy; they were about building bonds. Bringing the entire team together allowed us to align on our mission, celebrate our shared successes, and strengthen the unique culture that makes Cubigo such a special place to work.
