At Cubigo, we believe in driving innovation to create practical solutions and personalized care for older adults through smart technology.
In partnership with our Dutch project partner Datacation, we are optimizing the customer experience for elderly adults transitioning from living at home to residential care. Together, we are building an integrated, end-to-end solution that simplifies the entire resident journey, from contract preparation to the intake meet and greet, and on to supporting their independence during daily life in the community.
Our first solution, ‘Welcome Jacky’, captures the detailed life story of each new resident into a structured and rich customer profile, ensuring a personal and warm welcome from day one. It supports the community staff with a smart task workflow mechanism with dynamic touchpoints to support the organisation and follow-up of all onboarding activities (contract preparation, round tour, meet and greet, first impression after day one, feedback meeting family, invitation dinner, ...).

Following this fruitful collaboration, we sustained our partnership with Datacation towards an extended development for a virtual colleague and concierge ‘Emma helps 24/7’.
Emma is the virtual 24/7 assistant available via the Cubigo platform for both team members and residents. Emma will support staff members with repetitive, administrative tasks (e.g. looking up information, registering requests for services like meals or personal transport, and retrieving information from the activity calendar). Secondly, Emma will be present 24/7 as the virtual concierge for residents. They can ask Emma for help (via voice or text) about the weather forecast, activity planning, dining options, wellness reservations and more.
Through this technology, Cubigo and Datacation aim to structurally reduce the administrative workload in elderly care and enhance the independence of the elderly.
