Cubigo is a global company that is providing a cloud-based platform designed to improve the quality of life for older adults in senior living communities across the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe. By connecting residents, family members, and staff through services such as Activities, Maintenance, House-keeping, Dining, and Transportation, Cubigo is the single operating platform for all non-clinical services in senior living. Moreover, Cubigo is supporting senior living operators to provide services to older adults who still live at home. The platform integrates with existing clinical and financial enterprise applications to streamline data entry and consolidate information into interactive dashboards. Additionally, Cubigo employs smart data analytics to predict significant changes in the lives of seniors.As a Project Manager for Implementation and Client Engagement, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including sales, data management, product, engineering, customer success, and communications, to deliver a comprehensive customer solution.Your responsibility will be to scope the project, develop implementation plans based on community assessments, collaborate with the sales and account team to detail the value delivery plan, co-create workflow and task changes with community staff to fit the product, develop/customize training materials for residents and staff, create a plan to complete training sessions, support an engaging Go-Live environment, and post-implementation stabilization.
