Established in 2017 through a partnership with Legal & General, Inspired Villages develops later‑living communities in suburban and rural UK locations. Each village combines beautiful, age‑appropriate homes, flexible third‑party care, and a vibrant wellbeing programme that helps residents stay independent for longer.

Inspired Villages has integrated Cubigo’s cloud‑based platform into every new and existing community. Residents, families, and staff now access activities, dining, maintenance, housekeeping, transport, payments, and more through one intuitive interface—eliminating paper workflows and unifying data.

Implementation approach

Cubigo teamed up with Inspired Villages to design features that speak directly to the UK retirement market. Together, we rolled out Cubigo’s Point of Sale system across 13 villages, gathering feedback through workshops, product calls, and on-site visits. This co-creation approach meant the software fit local workflows from day one. Staff simply enter orders on an iPad, and every department, from kitchen to café, sees the request instantly.

Inspired Villages receives a continuous data feed from Cubigo, aggregated across all live modules. The BI team uses this dataset to build comparative dashboards that highlight trends and outliers at the village, regional, and group levels. Leadership can spot where activity participation is rising or revenue is lagging, adjust staffing or menu planning, and prioritize capital projects based on real‑time evidence.
