Reshaping the admission process into a personalized and smooth resident journey supported by AI

At Cubigo, we believe in driving innovation to create practical solutions and personalized care for older adults through smart technology.

In partnership with our Dutch project partner Datacation, we are digitizing the onboarding process for senior living communities. Together, we are building an integrated, end-to-end solution that simplifies the entire resident journey—from contract preparation to the intake meeting and their first day in the community.

Our solution offers a secure personal zone for data exchange, enabling residents and their families to participate actively in preparing contract documents. Following the intake interview, the AI assistant generates a structured transcription of the shared information into a comprehensive resident profile, which is reviewed by the care professional. As an additional iteration, we will pilot an AI conversation bot to assist in the dialogue with residents, making the onboarding process fully digital while remaining staff-guided.

The result? A detailed life story of each new resident becomes easily accessible to staff, ensuring a personal and warm welcome from day one.
