Client Visits: Building Partnerships & Collecting Insights
Cubigo’s team visited over 50 senior living communities in 2024, engaging directly with clients to collect valuable feedback, build stronger partnerships, and provide hands-on training. These visits helped shape our roadmap and ensure our solutions address the unique challenges and opportunities in senior living. From training staff to gathering innovative product ideas, these interactions have been vital to our success.
Product Improvements
At Cubigo, our vision is to provide a platform that seamlessly connects all aspects of senior living operations. This year, we delivered six major releases, each reflecting our commitment to innovation and user-centered design.
Our goal is to enhance every part of the platform—from dining and hospitality to engagement and financial management—ensuring our clients have the tools they need to deliver the best experiences for residents and staff.
By introducing new features like the Self-Service Kiosk and expanding integrations with systems like Apicbase, Yardi, and PCC, we’ve made significant strides in creating a unified and efficient ecosystem for senior living.
Global Presence at Conferences & Events
We were honored to attend our clients’ conferences, including the Revel Conference, HumanGood Big Connect, and LCS Innotank, where we celebrated shared successes and deepened our partnerships. We were also proud to participate in industry-leading events such as the PCC Summit, LeadingAge, SLIF, NIC, Together We Care (Canada), and ARCO (UK), among many others.
