Key Highlights of 2023
AI Projects & Happy Aging
This year, Cubigo has embarked on exciting AI projects that focus on promoting happy aging. One of the most recent AI projects is centered around implementing a person-centric and data-driven scoring solution that leverages technology to monitor and improve the well-being and satisfaction of residents in senior living. By doing so, operators are enabled with smart model-driven insights and recommendations to predict the length of stay and promote their brand identity to build trust among stakeholders.
Product Improvements
The year saw substantial advancements in hospitality modules, including integrations with menu management systems, a redesigned Point of Sale (POS) system, and many other improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) module received significant upgrades, streamlining processes and improving client interactions.
Among many other improvements, we introduced new modules like resident check-in and
visit evacuation report to ensure residents’ safety and well-being with the data captured in Cubigo. A significant highlight of the year was achieving the ISO 27001 certification, a testament to Cubigo's unwavering dedication to security and privacy standards.
Successful Conferences, Events, On-site Visits, and Awards
Cubigo marked its presence in more than 15 major conferences and trade shows, hosting and participating in numerous events and clients' on-site visits. We also celebrated notable awards (including Best Partnership of the Year with Inspired Villages and the Ageing Well International Award), underscoring our impact and recognition in the industry.
Team Expansion and Global Off-site Events
The team grew stronger and bigger, reflecting Cubigo's expanding reach and capacity. Highlighting our global footprint, Cubigo organized two major off-site events in Belgium and the USA, bringing together its international team for collaboration and celebration.
