It's that time of year again -  when we reflect on the blessings that have been bestowed upon us. Our clients, partners, and employees and the support they provided us are unquestionably at the top of our gratitude list.

This year, we did our best to make the day-to-day work of senior living communities easier and better by improving the Cubigo platform for all its users. 

Some highlights of the year

Client Lifecycle Management

A CRM that doesn't stop being useful when your prospect becomes your resident. Seamless customer data management that supports excellence in move-in transitions, from merge-printing your move-in packet documents to connecting your new resident with others in the community that shares their passions. 

With Cubigo’s CLM, process management and communication become a breeze, as Cubigo provides a single resource for your sales and marketing teams to effectively engage and follow up on action items. Corporate team members will also be able to gain valuable insights into how specific communities and portfolios are performing with KPIs and analytical data. 

Breaking down data silos by integrating with 3rd party systems 

Integrations are especially beneficial for senior living communities as they help them save costs and time by connecting systems to each other and integrating this data into their workflows. This year we added PointClickCare, Square, Odoo, CareGrove, and many other integrations to our portfolio to not only improve communication across your communities but allow you to expand your data lake across your existing applications and make data-driven decisions. 

350+ new communities started with Cubigo

We are very grateful for all the new senior living communities that decided to work with Cubigo. With the constant support of our great Implementation and Customer Success team, more than 350 senior living communities onboarded and started using Cubigo in 2021. 

Cubigo Academy 

This year we understood the value of the right tools and processes for the team onboarding and training. The Cubigo Academy empowers team members with the right content at the right time on the device they prefer to support them in their jobs. The library that we created contains specialized courses for dining, concierges, and activities teams, to name just a few.


As our team keeps working on product updates and new features, we have some very exciting things lined up in 2022 such as a Hospitality Suite, Declining balance and meals plans, Wellness and Rooms Reservations modules, Surveys & Polls, and much more!
