Cubigo partnership with Spiro100 for senior fitness and wellness classes

San-Francisco (CA) May 29, 2020 Cubigo is pleased to announce a partnership with Spiro100, the Netflix of active aging.

Spiro100 (Los Angeles, CA) provides video streaming fitness and wellness classes for seniors, featuring full-length exercise and meditation sessions. Each class has been created, produced and is led by nationally recognized senior wellness experts to provide a purposeful, results driven fitness tool.

The COVID-19 pandemic pushed Senior Living organizations to rethink the activities they offer to their residents. In-person activities and wellness classes will be supplemented by curated virtual fitness and wellness classes. These classes can be accessed through the in-room TV channel or through apps on the resident’s personnel devices.

Besides being available through the Cubigo in-room TV channel, The Spiro100 classes will be embedded in the Cubigo activities calendar. This allows residents to sign-up easily for the classes, receive reminders and to distribute the classes in the right calendar depending on the level of living.
